In the past CAPCA has promoted advocacy for the people, with the people and by the people approaches. Farmer organizations have influenced service delivery decisions in an effective and communal benefit manner. Hence in the next five year, CAPCA will continue utilizing these approaches by continuing to create spaces for the farmer organizations especially within her reach, strengthen networks and partnerships, then mobilize and strengthen farmer organizations to utilize these spaces not only for the betterment of their members but also for the benefit of surrounding communities involving men, women, youth, children and disabled.
